1. Spread the chips on the bottom of the pot and place the ingredients on the wire rack.
2. Heat the pot, and once the chips start smoking, reduce to low heat, cover with the lid, and heat for the specified time. (For cheese, heating time is 5 minutes)
3. Place the pot in the insulated container and let it rest for the specified time. (For cheese, resting time is 15 minutes)
4. It's ready when the time is up.
